If you cancel more than 8 weeks before the agreed start of work date, I will refund your deposit less £25 to cover consultation & administration charges.
If you cancel your order less than 8 weeks before the agreed start of work date your deposit is non refundable.
Changes to your order:
You can alter the details of your order up to 4 weeks before the date that I am due to start work.
Payments are handled by Paypal.
UK customers can also pay by bank transfer.
Items delivered internationally may be subject to customs processing charges depending on the item's declared value. All charges levied by customs are the customers responsibility.
Inability to provide services:
If The English Leather Rose Company Ltd is unable to provide services to you because of any causes beyond it's control (including, but not limited to, postal delays, the failure of equipment or power supplies or illness), every possible action will be taken to reschedule your order in accordance with your wishes. However the company will not be liable to you for any loss that you may suffer.
In all cases the extent of the companies liability is limited to the value of the order placed.
